Kick arse tomatoes.

Breakfast. Ah sweet breakfast. How I love thee, especially on a weekend.
Right I used to be one of those people who was like, yeah I'll have the full big breakfast deal, hold the meat and hold the tomato. But now, under the guidance of my ridiculously culinarily talented house mate, I know how to make them taste good. Real good.

You need:
* Fresh tomatos
* Balsamic vinegar
* Olive oil
* Massel vege stock - the powdered kind - not cubes, not liquid
* Fresh sage
* aluminium foil

Then:
Fire up your grill (or gorilla as I like to call it) to nice and hot. Chop up your tomatoes into quarters or eighths. Tear off a piece of foil big enough for your tomatoes. Drizzle lightly in olive oil, then lightly in balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle each tomato piece in stock. place your sage leaves amongst the tomtoms and put it under the grill. Bring it out when it's bubbly and going brown.

You're welcome.
