Yay indeed - that's awesome! I wish all houses came with fruit trees, so many get ripped out and replaced with useless shrubs and things :( we inherited a huge plum tree and our neighbors lemon tree is ours to use as well. I would consider moving somewhere warmer for a mango, avo or orange tree though ;)
